There’s a warm breeze in the air making the night bearable. The crowd is becoming anxious, the lights dim and you hear the roar of anticipation and excitement coming from the audience, growing louder with every passing second, waiting for any indication for the show to begin. The lights come on, the music starts and the crowd goes wild.
The experience of being in a concert, watching a performance, incites a range of emotions. All of feelings and emotions felt by the audience are not just limited to how they feel but also include sensory, visual and perception among many. The excitement of experiencing a live music event manifests itself as an everlasting memory. It is a rite of passage for teenagers, a date night for couples, or a night out with your friends. It is a mixture of entities and situations coming together in an arena, stadium, local bar to experience and enjoy the performance of an artist a musician.
Music has that alluring power over people. Music provides therapy, solace, refuge, enjoyment, meditation and excitement among many other ranges of emotions, feelings and sentiment, whether listening to it, playing an instrument or singing. Music makes moments more special, occasions more merry and daily life routines much more exciting. It represents who we are, who we want to be, what our goals are and what life event we are currently experiencing. Music is the storyteller of our lives, the soundtrack to the personal self.
